Spicy chocolate

ελληνικα

When Juliette Binoche in Chocolat serves a ‘different’ chocolate drink to Judi Dench the latter remains speechless. And so did I when I was watching the film. Did you ever had this feeling, when someone by chances shares some info with you, tells you something, and you just feel that this ‘something’ was already laying in you, is known to you somehow, you carried it but you didn’t have realized it, it didn’t have a specific ‘form’ until the time that someone in a random chat, or through a movie, gives a name to this ‘something’.. Well, same with this chocolate. When I tasted it, it seemed that I had actually tried it a long time ago, like I knew it. For your information, they say that the original recipe comes from American Indians.

Tip!

You can replace milk cream with fresh milk. In that case use 200ml. fresh milk and skip the water!

  1. I have always like chilli chocolate, but I find it interesting how you have added your own spice to this dish. I think that makes this recipe very intriguing. Nice work (:
